Orders
All prices indicated for Items available via the Website are inclusive of V.A.T (where applicable) at the current rate and are quoted in pounds sterling with a link to enable you to convert the purchase total into your local currencies. Please note that these are an approximate conversion and that each currency is subject to a general fluctuation depending on the exchange rate at the time it was entered. We will update these currencies on a regular basis but may not reflect the daily exchange rate.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. 

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Cheques/Postal Order
Please make any cheques and postal orders payable to Kassaki. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for payments to clear.

Returns
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and, as such, we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.

We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Please follow the steps below:

• Contact us (using the details below) within 48 hours of receiving your order; we will issue you with a Returns Number. 
• Detail the Returns Number on your receipt, and enclose with the item(s) you wish to return. 
• Your items must be shipped backed to us. 
• We can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are shipped back to us within 28 days of receipt.

Returning Goods from Non EU Countries

• If you are receiving your order outside the EU, you will also have received a Proforma Invoice with your package. This needs to be completed and enclosed with the items you wish to return. 
• On this form please indicate which item(s) are being returned by ticking the boxes alongside the product details. Complete the Returns Number section with the number you have been issued and sign appropriately.

All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred.

With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.

PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Kassaki Blades is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative when you contact us for an RN.

Gift Returns
If you have received an item from kassakiblades.co.uk as a gift, you can exchange it for another item of the same value or more provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, taxes, and import duties, and any additional charges which may incur as a result of exchange.

Exhibition Purchases
If you have purchased your item from an Exhibition, you can exchange it for another item of the same value or more provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, taxes, and import duties, and any additional charges which may incur as a result of exchange. Refund is not offered only only exchange.

kassakiblades.co.uk allows orders to be processed securely online, using a valid credit or debit card which can be used via PayPal

Our website is extremely secure as we do not ask for any of your financial details. All payments will be processed securely via the PayPal website.

Your credit card company may undertake an additional security check to confirm it is you making the order.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
